This fully remote, execution-focused role centers on content execution, lead handling, and ongoing AI workflow management. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, independent workers with strong English writing skills and experience with AI tools like Claude, CapCut, and Airtable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in social media ops or similar.
• Strong written English in professional communication.
• Experience using AI tools and structured workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with WhatsApp/Instagram/LinkedIn outreach and CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Content Execution: edit videos with templates (CapCut), add captions/overlays, follow templates.
• Posting & Distribution: upload, schedule, and ensure formatting across platforms.
• Lead Management: respond to inbound messages, qualify leads, log in CRM.
• Agent Outreach & Deal Flow: build UAE agent network, daily outreach, track deals.
• WhatsApp Community Management: manage groups, maintain engagement, drive conversations.
• AI Workflow Execution: daily use of Claude to generate scripts and content, follow AI workflows.
