The role emphasizes operating inside AI workflows (Claude), content execution, lead handling, and daily outreach, with no strategic duties. You will manage content, schedule posts, log leads in Airtable or similar, and maintain structured processes.

Qualifications

English B2 level is required for clear written communication.
2–5 years in social media execution, VA/ops, or community management.
Strong written English with professional, error-free messaging.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to follow predefined workflows and structured systems.
Proactive, independent, and highly organized in execution.

Responsibilities

Content Execution: edit videos, add captions and overlays, follow templates.
Posting & Distribution: upload/schedule content across platforms, apply formatting.
Lead Management: respond to messages, qualify leads, log in CRM (Airtable).
Agent Outreach & Deal Flow: build UAE agent network, daily outreach, track deals.
WhatsApp Community Management: grow and engage groups, drive conversations.
AI Workflow Execution: daily work inside Claude, generate scripts and outputs.
