Job summary

Eleanor Health is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to drive the content lifecycle end to end, from briefs and drafting through editorial review and publication. You will work within our AI-assisted Content Engine and Sanity CMS to ensure accuracy, brand voice, and accessibility across location pages, service pages, and educational content.

You will lead production pipelines, enforce governance, and improve processes for consistent, responsible publishing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content operations or editorial production.
• Experience using AI in content workflows with governance.
• Ability to manage content from assignment through publication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day content production pipeline from briefs to publication.
• Publish location/services pages, educational articles, FAQs in Sanity with metadata and links.
• Coordinate QA and collaboration with internal SMEs for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain content library and publication history across lifecycle.
