You will lead SEO-focused content changes, collaborate with content teams, and manage freelance writers. Proficiency with WordPress, Claude, and CMS workflows is essential to accelerate research, drafting, and publishing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in web editing, writing, publishing
• Experience with WordPress or CMS
• Proficiency with AI writing/editing tools (Claude) and content automation

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and post evergreen content, including operator reviews
• Maintain brand guidelines and vertical requirements
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards for partner content
• Implement SEO best practices across content, including keywords, meta descriptions, headlines
• Utilize CMS to create, edit, and publish content; troubleshoot issues
• Leverage AI tools (Claude) and automations to accelerate workflow while ensuring factual accuracy
• Assign and manage work with freelance writers; provide briefs and feedback
• Follow SEO briefs; produce content briefs as needed
• Publish high-quality content quickly; manage workload effectively
• Build and edit webpages with a UX-first mindset
• Perform other duties as assigned by Content Lead
