Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required), Google Ads and/or website content.
• At least 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven campaigns and marketing with willingness to continuously learn and drive adoption.
• Knowledge of SEO and AEO concepts including keyword research and on-page/technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall Qualified strategy for Marketing/SDR, including campaign and nurture strategy.
• Serve as SME for Qualified and Sophia (Piper) X.
• Develop and approve messaging for all Marketing and SDR campaigns.
• Manage and optimize AI SDR workflows, offers, and engagement logic.
• Manage SEO recommendations and content improvements across platforms.
• Oversee website content and regional updates.
• Coordinate blog schedule with podcast/webinar timing.
