Job summary

Crown Bioscience, Inc. is seeking an AI-driven Website Content Marketing Manager to lead Qualified and Sophia X campaigns, optimize AI SDR workflows, and oversee cross-region content updates. This role ensures alignment across regions and marketers while expanding content and SEO performance.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing and MarCom, manage blog scheduling around podcasts and webinars, and coordinate ABM initiatives with RollWorks and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years B2B marketing experience, with exposure to life sciences or healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required), Google Ads, and updating website content.
• At least 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Exposure to AI-driven campaigns and willingness to learn and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall Qualified strategy for Marketing/SDR, including campaign and nurture journey.
• Serve as the internal SME for Qualified and Sophia (Piper) X.
• Develop and approve messaging for Marketing and SDR campaigns with Product Marketing/MarCom.
• Manage and optimize AI SDR workflows, offers, and engagement logic.
• Manage Sophia programming updates.
• Oversee SEO/AEO recommendations and implement content-driven improvements.
• Oversee website content updates across regions and blog scheduling.
• Manage Google Ads with agency support.
• Manage RollWorks or other ABM tools with strategy input from Senior MarTech Manager.
• Select tools for AEO/SEO management and provide oversight.
