Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of technology leadership experience, including global team leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and GenAI toolkits.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Partner with content teams to analyze workflows and design AI-first solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives with onsite and offshore teams.
• Drive development of AI-powered tools through prototyping and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Reimagine content creation workflows using automation and generative AI.
• Drive Product Operating Model (POM) discovery activities with stakeholder engagement.
• Track quality and efficiency via SDLC tools and report progress to executives.
• Balance technical debt with new feature development within each sprint.
• Manage product backlogs, estimates, and budgets with partners and customers.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to inject continuous innovation into roadmaps.
