Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Senior Business Analytics Manager to drive data-informed strategy for the Go-to-Market Finance organization. You will lead cross-functional analytics, build scalable data products, and deliver AI-enabled workflows that improve planning, forecasting and reporting.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on data querying, prototyping, and collaborating with data engineering to scale durable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 8–10+ years in analytics, consulting, BizOps, data science, BI or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
• Strong BI/visualization experience (Power BI or similar).
• Experience partnering with Finance or GTM leaders on planning, forecasting, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics and AI-enabled initiatives from framing to impact.
• Partner with Finance to improve planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
• Translate ambiguous problems into analytical frameworks and scalable data products.
• Design scalable data products, dashboards, and AI-ready datasets.
• Prototype AI-enabled workflows and drive adoption with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and central data teams to productionize solutions.
• Define KPI frameworks and ensure governance and quality.
