Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Compliance Solutions Engineer to own and evolve an enterprise compliance platform built on Microsoft Power Platform. You will work with a substantial JavaScript layer, Dataverse, Power Automate, and AI-assisted development to deliver secure, scalable solutions across the full SDLC.

The role requires 7–10 years in development, deep JavaScript expertise, and experience with Power Platform components.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the technical owner for the compliance solutions platform, translating business requirements into solution architecture, development plans, production releases, and ongoing enhancements.
• Design, build, and maintain custom Power Pages experiences with substantial JavaScript, Dataverse Web API calls, and dynamic rendering.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for case processing, approvals, notifications, and operational monitoring.
• Develop server-side extensions using C# and Dataverse plugins to extend low-code capabilities.
• Review and validate AI-generated code before deployment, ensuring security, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Maintain architecture and technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment procedures with AI-assisted acceleration.
