Job summary

ACES Quality Management is seeking a Compliance Analyst to translate federal regulatory requirements into data fields, logic, and code powering our compliance reporting and platform functionality. You will collaborate with Compliance leadership and Operations and Product teams to ensure accurate, well-documented logic before release.

The role emphasizes building data sets, testing logic changes, and providing SME guidance on regulatory interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in compliance or regulatory analysis in financial services.
• Experience building or maintaining code, business logic, or data sets tied to regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SQL or comparable query languages.
• Working knowledge of the ACES platform preferred.
• Experience in mortgage servicing/loan origination advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze regulatory, agency, and GSE requirements and translate into business and technical requirements.
• Identify data fields and sources to support new or updated compliance logic.
• Draft and maintain underlying code, rules, and logic for compliance reporting.
• Design data sets and logic flows reflecting federal requirements.
• Coordinate testing with Operations and Product teams before release.
• Serve as SME to Compliance leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor changes in regulations and assess impact on logic and reporting.
• Document logic, data mappings, and business rules for reference.
• Troubleshoot issues related to compliance logic and data accuracy.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and procedural docs.
