Job summary

DijavAI is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal and client-facing compliance protocols, ensuring AI assessments adhere to the latest legal and ethical standards. The role focuses on global AI regulation surveillance and strategic regulatory engagement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in regulatory compliance or tech law, deep GDPR/CCPA knowledge, and experience with executives and counsel.

Qualifications

• JD or Master’s in Law, Policy, or Ethics preferred.
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance or technology law.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations.
• Experience interacting with C-level executives and legal counsel.
• Certification in CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global AI regulations and update internal compliance frameworks.
• Lead client engagements regarding regulatory adherence.
• Develop training programs for internal teams on AI ethics and law.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the quality assurance process for all risk reports.
