Job summary

Meta in Austin, TX seeks a Competitive Intelligence Program Manager to define and scale global research programs. You will partner across Sourcing, Privacy and Legal to manage data contracts, drive efficiency, and govern vendor relationships while integrating AI into workflows for productivity and innovation.

You will lead strategic initiatives, build cross-functional partnerships, and guide data sourcing and governance to deepen understanding of the competitive landscape and vendor portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or operations.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking using Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management and governance and support pricing negotiations.
• Define program roadmaps, provide updates, communicate risks and adjustments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Incorporate AI into workflows to support productivity and adoption.
• Coordinate with Global Research Ops and adopt new processes where relevant.
