Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercialization, Innovation, Portfolio Management, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of innovation and commercialization processes from ideation through launch.
• Experience translating business requirements into process, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting product development, UAT, or technology deployment.
• Strong PM, stakeholder mgmt, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Commercialization & Portfolio Learning: act as SME for processes and post-launch evaluation.
• Define business requirements, learnings, and frameworks to improve commercialization.
• Identify links between forecast, launch, and in-market performance outcomes.
• Lead AI-enabled capabilities and ensure solutions are grounded in business use cases.
