Job summary

PepsiCo, a global leader in food and beverage, seeks a Commercialization Manager to translate knowledge, portfolio learning, Growth Navigator principles, and AI opportunities into business requirements across the myInnovation ecosystem. You will partner with product teams, IT, analytics, and external partners to strengthen portfolio learning and improve decision-making.

You will lead AI-enabled capability initiatives, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide validation activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercialization, Innovation, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, Analytics, Product Management, Digital Enablement, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of innovation and commercialization processes from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Experience translating business requirements into process, data, reporting, technology, digital, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for commercialization processes, Growth Navigator methodologies, portfolio learning, and post-launch performance evaluation.
• Define business requirements, frameworks, and learning mechanisms that improve commercialization effectiveness and support portfolio decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to connect forecast assumptions, launch execution, and in-market performance outcomes.
• Support the evolution of post-launch review processes by incorporating internal and external performance signals and market intelligence.
• Establish approaches that enable portfolio-level learning and continuous improvement across innovation programs.
