Job summary

PepsiCo Data & Analytics (D&A) seeks a Data Product Manager to lead the delivery of data and analytics for PepsiCo’s Consumer and Commercial data products. This role defines roadmaps, captures business needs as data requirements, and leads cross-functional POD teams in agile ceremonies to deliver measurable business value.

You will drive adoption of data solutions, translate analytics into actionable business insights, and collaborate with governance, engineering, and BI to ensure end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of Data Product Management in business-facing roles with agile experience.
• 3+ years of experience building advanced analytics or enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of fundamental ML concepts and tools (Python, big data, visualization).
• Familiarity with Azure tech stack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the product/data roadmap and capture comprehensive requirements.
• Design the solution with technical teams and capture nuances to ensure end-to-end optimization.
• Author technical data requirements and documents throughout the delivery life cycle.
• Manage delivery milestones and keep business customers aligned on the why.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, Governance, and BI teams to write and steward user stories.
