Job summary

PepsiCo Data & Analytics (D&Ai) is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the delivery of consumer and commercial data products. You will develop data roadmaps, capture business and data requirements, and guide cross-functional PODs through agile ceremonies to drive value from analytics.

You will be the voice of data and AI to leadership, collaborating with data science, engineering, governance, and BI teams to ensure solutions meet business use cases and drive adoption across PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of Data Product Management in business-facing roles with agile discipline.
• 3+ years leading analytics and big data solutions or enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define the product/data roadmap and capture comprehensive requirements.
• Design the solution with technical teams and capture nuances for end-to-end optimization.
• Write and steward user stories and requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Manage delivery against key technical milestones and align with business customers.
• Lead and mentor other Data Product Managers and collaborate with PODs.
