Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the template and component library with defined scope, limits, and supported features to ensure a sustainable toolkit for authors.
• Set design and feature boundaries to reinforce brand consistency and measurable ROI.
• Define what behavioral data must be captured across templates to understand visitor behavior.
• Be the primary source of truth on platform capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support internationalization and localization workflows for publishing across geographies.
• Continuously improve usability to reduce reliance on specialized CMS or marketing skills.
• Demonstrate platform functionality to stakeholders and translate capabilities into business opportunities.
• Identify platform shortcomings and translate into prioritized CMS development requirements.
• Identify gaps in content analysis and reporting tools and define improvements.
• Define constraints to protect SEO, tagging, and asset management while preserving author flexibility.
• Oversee asset management standards and metadata workflows.
• Apply AI to accelerate governance and author enablement, surface unused components, and improve measurement.
