Job summary

LTK is seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI, to shape the next generation of creator and agentic commerce. You will define AI strategies, guide ML model capabilities, and collaborate with ML/DS teams to translate customer problems into scalable products.

This deeply technical role sits at the intersection of product, data, and responsible AI. You will own evaluation frameworks, set launch criteria, and influence senior leaders on AI opportunities that help creators, brands, and shoppers

Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI/ML products in production
• Ability to translate customer problems into model capabilities
• Strong technical fluency with ML engineers and scientists
• Expertise in evaluating non-deterministic AI systems
• Experience building evaluation datasets and success metrics

Responsibilities

• Define long-term AI product strategy and roadmap for CMP agents and AI models.
• Collaborate with ML/DS teams to translate customer problems into experiments and data requirements.
• Define how agents understand goals, access tools, and how oversight is applied.
• Own product evaluation criteria, datasets, and post-launch monitoring for quality and cost.
• Stay aligned with AI research and industry guidance to evolve evaluation frameworks.
