Job summary

Humana is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to strengthen governance, oversight, and maintenance of our CMDB across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance of configuration items and related assets.

You must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship. This remote role supports Travel as needed, with a clear emphasis on data integrity and collaboration across IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT configuration management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Humana’s CMDB across lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain CM processes and procedures.
• Perform audits to identify discrepancies and remediation.
• Provide configuration data for incident and problem management.
• Document CM policies, standards, and baselines.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams for data needs.
• Generate CM reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership.
• Troubleshoot configuration discrepancies with technical teams.
• Participate in training on CM best practices, risk, and security.
• Support IT asset management with accurate relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of CM tools and docs.
