Job summary

AHEAD seeks a Specialist Solutions Engineer in the AI & Cloud Platforms practice in the USA to collaborate with account teams and partners like AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. You will qualify opportunities, articulate complex solutions, and drive customer success across modernization initiatives.

In this role, you will work with regions and customers on data products, AI services, platform engineering, and automation, building credibility with demonstrations and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in engineering, IT, data communications, Information Systems, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in cloud, data platforms, and AI solutions.
• Experience with public cloud environments and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand challenges and qualify opportunities.
• Lead conversations around data, AI, platform engineering, cloud and modern apps.
• Collaborate with account teams to build and close prioritized opportunities.
• Articulate business value and guide customers through technical solutions.
