Job summary

JOLT is building an AI-native engineering culture with agentic systems and automated workflows. This role accelerates the platforms powering our EV charging and partnerships across markets, taking ownership of systems end-to-end.

You’ll design and ship AI-driven workflows, own cloud infrastructure concerns, and contribute across the stack while communicating tradeoffs to non-engineers.

Qualifications

• Cloud infrastructure experience required.
• AI agentic software development (LLM integration, MCP, tool-use) required.
• CI/CD pipeline management experience required.
• Comfortable in a Linux environment required.
• Full-stack contribution capability across the stack required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows that automate real business processes.
• Own monitoring, incident triage, and back-office support for operations.
• Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure with a bias toward simplicity and maintainability.
• Contribute across the stack when needed, including front-end related tasks.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders about progress and tradeoffs.
