Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Able to multi-task and work with multiple team members.
• Must have excellent time management, communication (oral and written).
• Must be detail, and first-time quality delivery oriented.
• MS Office Suite experience – Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage activities and ensure client satisfaction within budget.
• Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• PM experience or equivalent.
• Shows initiative and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial project delivery tasks for SDLC of studies.
• Ensure project systems meet client expectations and manage change control.
• Support complex, multi-product projects as needed.
• Manage projects to timelines, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Review and maintain project documentation.
• Handle client escalations and coordinate resolution.
• Ensure quality of client communications and act as primary contact.
• Oversee financial health including vendor services, licensing, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with functional areas to meet timelines and budgets.
• Document Incident Reports with Quality Management and notify clients as needed.
• Report project status updates to stakeholders.
