Job summary

Qualifications

• BA experience or similar role.
• Strong SDLC implementation experience.
• Ability to gather information from diverse sources into docs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong conflict resolution abilities.
• Desire to continuously develop technical, clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present.
• Team player and self-starter with moderate guidance.
• Proficient MS Office: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to understand and implement design requirements.
• Produce functional requirements documentation from design inputs.
• Use interviews, documents, and workflows to gather requirements.
• Update requirements through the SDLC and validate documents.
• Identify risks and translate requirements into actionable specs.
• Ensure best practices and standards in implementations.
• Coordinate with Localization for translated questionnaires.
• Provide SDLC validation documents and review approvals.
• Support data extraction/reporting deliverables.
