Job summary

Measure Marketing (MMR) seeks a Customer Success Manager to be the client's trusted partner, owning relationships and driving measurable outcomes across AI search, SEO and PPC. You will translate data into strategic narratives, manage escalation, and align ClickUp projects with HubSpot CRM to protect scope and margin.

You will read GA4 and dashboards to spot trends, explain shifts to executives, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to convert visibility into qualified leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management at a digital marketing agency or similar B2B services.
• Strong understanding of SEO and PPC, plus AI search basics.
• Proficiency in reading GA4, Search Console and dashboards and explaining changes.
• Ability to turn data into a persuasive client story for executives.
• Experience using AI tools for research, reporting and communication with judgment.
• Experience running projects in ClickUp/Asana and maintaining HubSpot CRM.
• Comfort with tough conversations, scope control and renewals.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken for North American clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the client's trusted partner and main point of contact.
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews and define the 90‑day sprint plan.
• Escalate issues and drive prompt, accountable fixes.
• Explain AI search shifts and OCR in plain language to clients.
• Analyze paid search performance (Google/Microsoft Ads) and flag budget issues.
• Connect GEO, AEO, SEO and PPC to outcomes: visibility, traffic, leads, CPL.
• Own the narrative while specialists execute.
• Link content plans to client goals and flag CRO gaps.
• Turn data into a monthly value story from GA4, Search Console, Ads and HubSpot.
• Score accounts on health and lead recovery, and manage expansions with the growth team.
• Turn success plans into ClickUp projects with milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate teams and protect scope and margin; automate reporting with AI.
