Job summary

Peec AI in New York is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. You will onboard new clients and advise them on improving visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and generative surfaces.

You will combine deep SEO expertise with a consultative approach to translate business goals into organic growth strategies. You'll work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to shape activation journeys, case studies, and enablement

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency.
Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes.
Strong consulting skills: advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and challenging their thinking.
Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams.

Responsibilities

Onboard and activate new key clients, educating them on Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search.
Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI-search opportunities across platforms.
Run advisory sessions with brands and agencies, translating goals into GEO strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys and customer enablement programs.
Advise mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO topics from strategy to execution.
