Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a strategic and AI-forward Client Services Operations Senior Associate in Tysons, VA. This role designs, runs, and optimizes programs, systems, and workflows for a scalable Client Services organization.

You will partner across Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, Analytics, and Leadership to drive data-driven CS improvements, with emphasis on AI adoption and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Client Services Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall project methods.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows and automations (Claude, GPT).
• Proficiency with Jira/Smartsheet and CRM/CSM platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Excellent written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CS operations initiatives and programs across waterfall and agile workstreams.
• Build activation, configuration, testing, and rollout of AI workflows within CS tools.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the client journey and automate interventions.
