Job summary

Santriya Technologies is seeking an AI Client Onboarding & KYC Manager to lead institutional client onboarding and periodic review using AI-assisted document extraction, workflow orchestration and risk triage, while retaining human approval and accountable client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding/refresh cases across legal entity, KYC, tax, product, credit and documentation dependencies.
• Use AI to extract/compare documents and summarize gaps, validating against originals and policy.
• Coordinate client, front office, compliance, legal, tax, credit and operations stakeholders.
• Prioritize cases by client need, risk, ageing and dependency.
• Review complex ownership, jurisdiction and product structures and elevate where specialist judgement is required.
• Maintain clear evidence, approval and exception trails.
• Track turnaround, rework, document expiry and bottleneck metrics.
• Improve onboarding playbooks and knowledge based on recurring delays.
