Job summary

Santriya Technologies Ltd. is seeking an AI KYC / AML Operations Analyst to perform customer onboarding, KYC refresh and due diligence with AI-assisted document extraction and screening triage, with human verification of identity, ownership and risk decisions.

You will be assigned one or more products or client solutions, following approved SOPs and enterprise AI tools. Maintain evidence and escalation pathways while ensuring data privacy and accuracy across onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with KYC/AML onboarding and due diligence processes.
• Ability to validate identity and ownership, and assess risk.
• Attention to detail in handling sensitive customer data.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate required customer/entity documents and data against onboarding standards.
• Use AI/OCR to extract and compare information, correcting errors against original documents.
• Perform screening and risk assessment for sanctions, PEP, adverse media and customer/product/geography factors using approved systems.
• Resolve discrepancies and obtain additional evidence rather than relying on AI assumptions.
• Conduct or support enhanced due diligence for higher-risk cases.
• Maintain clear source, review and approval evidence for each decision.
• Escalate suspicious or policy-exception cases to authorized teams.
• Track onboarding aging, document expiry and periodic review obligations.

Job Summary

Santriya Technologies is seeking an AI KYC / AML Operations Analyst to perform customer onboarding, KYC refresh and due diligence using AI-assisted document extraction and screening triage, with human verification of identity, ownership and risk decisions.

Product & documentation operating model: You will be assigned one or more company products, client solutions or operational services. The approved product documentation, SOPs, policies, process maps, knowledge articles, release notes, controls, scripts and AI runbooks are the source of truth. Use only approved enterprise AI tools to retrieve, summarize, draft, classify, prioritize or automate work. Validate material AI outputs against current documentation and authoritative system data, record exceptions, and escalate conflicts or missing guidance. Do not invent product features, prices, customer entitlements, engineering limits, regulatory positions or safety instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use approved GenAI copilots, enterprise search/RAG, analytics and workflow agents to reduce repetitive work and improve decision preparation.
• Keep prompts, outputs and automated actions within approved data-access, confidentiality and retention rules.
• Correct inaccurate summaries, classifications or recommendations before they become customer, operational or system records.
• Feed recurring AI errors, knowledge gaps and process friction into product, documentation and control improvement.

Human Accountability

AI is a copilot, not the accountable decision-maker. The role holder remains responsible for judgement, quality, privacy, security and appropriate escalation. Credit, fraud blocking, legal/regulatory, financial advice, safety-critical, clinical, employment and other high-impact decisions must follow delegated authority and required human review.
