Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4+ years of strategic planning, business operations, or consulting experience.
• Masters degree and 7+ years of the same experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: drive execution on priorities, coordinate yearly planning, shape and run annual operating rhythms.
• Chief of Staff: manage day-to-day execution, agenda planning, and alignment across AI&D leaders.
• Organizational Operations: manage AI & Data Science portfolio prioritization, drive internal communications, support org design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, HR, Tech, and Comms on budget, talent, and engagement; manage exec communications and project intake.
