Qualifications

• 8+ years leading change and transformation programs.
• Experience shaping change strategies and adoption plans.
• Experience measuring adoption, KPIs, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs across complex workstreams.
• Serve as trusted advisor shaping organizational change strategy and governance.
• Drive executive alignment and leadership narratives.
• Oversee change execution including communications, training, readiness, and AI adoption deliverables.
