Job summary

Qventus seeks a Client Success Partner for the CGCA team to own end-to-end pilot and early production deployments, building deep relationships with clinical leaders and frontline dietitians. You will ensure pilots convert and feed learnings back into product strategy, working closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering.

This high‑impact role requires navigating ambiguity, driving outcomes, and traveling nationwide to partner sites as CGCA matures toward general availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, healthcare consulting, or similar context.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation end-to-end. Lead CGCA pilots and early production deployments with a Technical Implementation Manager.
• Own the client relationship with executives and frontline clinicians across malnutrition and other conditions.
• Run a tight operating rhythm with weekly client meetings, prep, facilitation, and follow-ups.
• Convert pilots to paid contracts by presenting results and coordinating product/workflow changes to land the conversion.
• Channel client feedback into the roadmap and contribute to product strategy sessions.
• Build the implementation playbook and hand off to Delivery as CGCA scales toward GA.
• Help shape how the role evolves with CGCA growth and expanding to additional conditions.
