Job summary

Qventus seeks a Technical Implementation & Product Partner for the CGCA team to own end-to-end technical deployment at client sites. You will collaborate with a Client Success Partner across the full lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, handling build, EHR integration, and validation tasks.

You will influence feature design, help productize learnings, and help stand up a Delivery team as CGCA scales, with strong cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience with enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
• 5+ years of experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
• 5+ years in an implementation, delivery, or product-oriented role.
• Experience working with client-facing teams and engineering or product teams.
• Experience with EHR integration; Epic integrations and Epic certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage enterprise-wide deployment timelines for CGCA, leading technical projects.
• Hands-on build and configuration, including EHR integration, at client sites.
• Contribute to feature design and scoping with field insights.
• Support testing and validation of product changes before broader release.
• Collaborate with Data Integration, Clinical Operations, and Product teams during deployments.
• Work with client IT and informatics to meet evolving requirements and deliver value.
• Develop and maintain a technical implementation playbook and deployment artifacts.
