Q-Centrix is seeking a Clinical Services Lead in the United States to support account teams by driving partner satisfaction through proactive communication and effective project management. You will ensure deliverables are met during new implementations and ongoing projects by monitoring workflows and addressing first-tier service issues.

• Experience coaching and guiding teams (preferred).

• Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to meet partner deliverables.
• Coach team members on missed deadlines and inform SM/MCS of misses.
• Create case assignments and monitor volumes to ensure proper staffing.
• Review operating metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Services and partners.
• Maintain high partner satisfaction through proactive communication and meetings.
