Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and IT capabilities across ERP, AI initiatives, and enterprise applications. You will own the front-end intake process, create charter and discovery inputs, and guide requests from idea through planning to execution, partnering with Architecture, PM, and Product teams.

Qualifications

Strong business analysis skills including elicitation, facilitation, process mapping, requirements definition, user story writing, and acceptance criteria development.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, vendors, project management, and support teams.
Lead discovery conversations to understand the business problem, current process, desired outcomes, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and measures of success.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
Document current and future-state processes using process maps, data flow diagrams, and other artifacts.
Evaluate improvements across ERP, integrations, reporting, and operations to drive efficiencies.
