Accenture Flex is seeking a Business Process Architect to partner with Meta’s Infrastructure Hardware teams to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and drive AI-enabled improvements. You will translate business needs into actionable processes, collaborating with stakeholders to implement and measure impact.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and adoption of enterprise AI tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in business process improvement, business analysis, operations, or business transformation.
Understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities and their practical business applications.
Ability to identify gaps in existing processes and translate them into implementable solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem solving skills.
Hands-on mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from discovery through implementation.
High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Partner with internal teams to understand existing workflows, procedures and business challenges.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.
Recommend and implement practical solutions using company provided AI tools and enterprise applications.
Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and AI use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions, improve adoption and measure business impact.
Document optimized workflows and drive continuous process improvement.
