Qualifications

Pursuing a master's degree or advanced qualification in a relevant field.
Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business operations.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of Excel or similar data analysis tools.
Proactive mindset with initiative and ability to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support AI-powered solutions across customer support channels.
Analyze customer interactions, metrics, and processes to identify trends and improvements.
Develop dashboards, support portals, and knowledge resources.
Own one or two initiatives from concept to measurement.
Collaborate with Customer Support and technical teams to connect data and operations.
Test and refine new technologies to turn ideas into practical solutions.
