hear.com is seeking a curious, analytical AI & Business Operations Intern to join our Miami team. You’ll work with our Customer Experience leadership to explore how AI, automation, and data can transform operations and elevate customer care.

From developing AI-powered workflows and dashboards to improving digital support tools and analyzing customer interactions, you’ll own meaningful projects from concept to measurement, collaborating across teams and learning how AI is integrated into daily

Qualifications

Pursuing a master's degree or advanced qualification in a relevant field.
Aan interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies that improve business operations.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

Explore AI and automation to develop AI-powered solutions for customer support channels.
Analyze customer interactions and metrics to identify insights and opportunities.
Build dashboards, support portals, and knowledge resources to improve efficiency.
Own one or two key initiatives from problem understanding to measurement of results.
Understand customer experience through feedback, interviews, and recordings to drive improvements.
Collaborate with Customer Support leaders and technical teams to connect systems and data.
Test, learn, and turn promising ideas into practical solutions.
