Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and 2+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to write Python scripts for data processing and validation.
• Familiar with AI tools, LLMs, or agent frameworks and applying them to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual data prep, reconciliations, reporting, and communications.
• Analyze Stock Administration workflows to surface friction points and data-quality risks.
• Improve equity-plan activities by implementing automated, accurate processes and controls.
• Use Python, SQL, low-code tools, and AI to scale recurring tasks.
• Develop dashboards and operational reports to monitor activity and improvements.
• Create process documentation and SOPs to enable consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting, Payroll, and HR to improve data delivery.
• Prepare the team for major equity events with better tools and scalable workflows.
