Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a business operations manager who is also an AI builder to streamline processes, tools, and systems for the developer ecosystem. You will improve visibility of community events, enablement assets, budgets, roadmaps, and trackers while collaborating with many teams across the company.

You will create scalable workflows, automate reporting, and drive organizational change by communicating updates and adopting new operating rhythms and tools.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, PM, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years in operations management, developer ops, or marketing ops.
• Outstanding organization and ability to manage many parallel workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; synthesize inputs into priorities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, coding agents, and automation.
• Technical proficiency to build or prototype internal tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads to surface gaps and risks requiring attention.
• Maintain activation calendar, budget, and priorities.
• Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows to automate reporting.
• Influence meeting agendas, trackers, and strategy reviews.
• Develop scalable processes and drive adoption of new rhythms, tools, and workflows.
