Job summary

The role involves creating user stories, supporting QA/UAT, and documenting processes. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients, shaping AI-powered workflows and advocating for customers' best interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or technology environment.
• Ability to produce high fidelity prototypes early in the development cycle.
• Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and usable design.
• Strong bias for action and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain app development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews translating those needs into AI supported workflows.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flow diagrams, and UX designs/wireframes.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in UAT and validate delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Support QA teams in defining test scenarios and reviewing test cases.
• Build technical documentation, release notes, and training materials.
• Serve as a first point of contact for AI product inquiries and monitor post-release feedback.
• Advocate for the customer's best interest in decisions for new/updated features and products.
• Contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and user guides.
