Job summary

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to capture requirements, translate into roadmaps, and support governance, testing/UAT, and implementation activities.

Experience in financial services and Agile environments, plus tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–6 years of technology transformation, business transformation, PM, BA, or consulting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements with stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, testing/UAT, and implementation activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives across banking, finance, risk, compliance, and related business functions.
• Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, product, and vendor teams to support delivery.
• Support product and solution delivery, including testing, UAT, defect management, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain project governance materials, including status reporting, RAID logs, executive updates, steering committee materials, and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and technology-enabled workflows.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones and support resolution.
