Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements and automation opportunities.

You will translate needs into requirements and user stories, perform data analysis with SQL, and support Agile delivery through testing and UAT. Austin-area candidates preferred, with remote options considered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst or related IT delivery experience.
• Strong experience with current-state process mapping and process improvement.
• Working SQL knowledge, including queries, joins, and unions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Power Automate experience is preferred; Power BI is a plus.
• Austin-area candidates preferred; remote candidates may be considered.
