• Translate colleague and business needs into clear problem statements, functional requirements, and value hypotheses.
• Strong partnership with developers, solution architects, and product owners to ensure feasible, secure requirements.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
