Job summary

Cytora, an Applied Systems company, seeks an Associate Business Analyst in the Customer Success team to drive outcomes at the intersection of AI and insurance. You’ll collaborate with diverse colleagues, own growth, and solve real problems with meaningful impact.

You’ll support discovery workshops, translate needs into clear requirements, and design AI-driven workflows with validation across end-to-end scenarios. This role welcomes remote/hybrid work domestically.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance or related domain.
• Ability to run client workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work within client delivery team under Delivery Manager; participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Support client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities.
• Translate client needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs for engineering/product.
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in design.
