Shield Technology Partners in Tampa seeks a detail-oriented Billing & AR Analyst to support billing and receivables across multiple ShieldCos. You will manage recurring and project-based billing, assist with collections, and maintain NetSuite records with a focus on accuracy and scalable processes.

The role reports to a senior accounting leader and emphasizes collaboration across MSP-related portfolios, process improvements, and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

Formación

• 3+ years in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related finance role.
• Experience managing high-volume invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Familiarity with AR aging, collections follow-up, and payment reconciliation.
• Experience with PSA/ERP/billing platforms; MSPs like ConnectWise/Autotask/HaloPSA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing activities for multiple Shield portfolio companies and various services.
• Review billing data for accuracy, contract alignment, and timely invoicing.
• Support AR activities, including aging, collections follow-up, and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with portfolio teams to gather inputs and ensure timely invoicing.
• Clean, reconcile, and improve historical billing data in PSA and NetSuite.
• Document, standardize, and implement billing and AR best practices across portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual work and scale the operation.
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure proper accounting treatment and reporting.
