Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in consulting, marketing, analytics or digital transformation.
• Business Case development and tracking.
• Experience developing KPIs to measure program success.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs.
• Presentation experience up to the SVP level.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience translating between business and technical teams.
• Experience with value engineering, value realization tracking, or benefit realization management frameworks in enterprise tech environments.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build ROI models, value narratives and collateral to help stakeholders understand AI adoption impact.
• Lead, develop and automate ROI, TCO and KPI scorecards.
• Drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency through AI and Personalization use cases.
• Partner with product owners to drive initiatives from ideation to measurable impact.
• Ensure delivery against defined value targets such as financial impact and ARPU.
