Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager for the Business Marketing Value team. The role focuses on defining and delivering measurable business value from AI initiatives and Personalization NBx/RTM transformations, aligning business and technical stakeholders to drive revenue and efficiency.

The role requires building ROI models, KPI scorecards, and governance for responsible AI, while partnering with product owners to translate problems into impactful AI-driven solutions and value

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
Four+ years of experience in consulting, marketing, analytics or digital transformation.
Experience with KPI development and program tracking.
Experience managing cross-functional programs.
Experience presenting to SVP level.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Define and drive measurable business values across AI initiatives and Personalization NBx and RTM transformation.
Develop ROI, TCO, value models and KPI scorecards.
Collaborate with product owners to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
Create business cases and report revenue lift, cost savings, ROI.
Establish governance for responsible AI and value measures.
Design financial benefit realization models.
