Verizon is seeking a Transformation Engineer in New Jersey to lead AI-driven value realization in the Business Marketing Value team. You’ll translate business problems into measurable AI initiatives, build ROI models, and partner with product owners to drive revenue growth and improved ARPU.

This hybrid role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and experience in KPI development, value engineering, and governance for enterprise AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in consulting, marketing, analytics or digital transformation.
• Business Case development and tracking.
• Experience developing KPIs to measure program success.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs.
• Presentation experience up to the SVP level.
• Experience translating between business and technical teams.
• Experience with value engineering, value realization tracking, or benefit realization management frameworks in enterprise tech environments.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain ROI, TCO and value models to quantify AI-driven impact.
• Drive revenue growth and marketing efficiency through AI initiatives.
• Partner with product owners from ideation to measurable impact.
• Ensure delivery against defined value targets like revenue lift, cost savings and ROI.
• Create business cases and report on financial outcomes and operational improvements.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities and bottlenecks for the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Champion adoption of AI tools and governance to scale use cases.
