Job summary

AIApply Limited is seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to own reporting across product, growth and revenue. You will build the dashboards everyone uses and run analyses that guide what we build and where we spend. You will also help make sense of the hiring-market data flowing through our platform.

You will design and interpret experiments, partner with engineering on event tracking and data quality, and deliver clear, decision-oriented recommendations to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years analytics experience required.
• Expert SQL.
• Hands-on BI dashboard building.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Job description

AIApply is hiring a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to be the person the company turns to when it needs the real answer. You will own reporting across product, growth and revenue, build the dashboards everyone lives in, and run the analyses that decide what we build and where we spend. You will also help make sense of the hiring-market data flowing through our platform.

Qualifications

2+ years as a data or business analyst, ideally in a subscription or consumer software business. Expert SQL, strong spreadsheet modelling, and working knowledge of a BI tool such as Metabase, Looker or Tableau. Comfortable with statistics and experiment interpretation; Python or dbt experience is a strong plus.

Required
