Job summary

ICF is seeking a Lead for EEI Business Development AI Solutions and Strategy to drive AI-enabled modernization across pursuit workflows, proposals, and programmatic solutions for selling teams. You will identify high-value AI use cases and scale them within EEI markets and services.

The role collaborates with risk, compliance, technology, and BD stakeholders to establish guardrails, evaluation rubrics, and measurable impact on governance and adoption of AI tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, sales enablement, consulting, or program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years using enterprise collaboration and productivity tools (Teams/SharePoint/Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AI and/or generative AI tools for research, content development, workflow automation, or knowledge synthesis.
• Strong meeting facilitation and influence skills to drive change management.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role advancing AI-enabled modernization across EEI BD activities, workflows, and processes—from pursuits to proposals.
• Identify, validate, and scale high-value AI use cases to improve pursuit speed, output quality, and adoption.
• Partner with risk, compliance, technology, and BD stakeholders to ensure guardrails, usage standards, and measurement of AI impact and governance.
